Perfect as a larger meeting, activity or training space, our group space is situated on the top floor of our main building. The space is fully accessible by lift and can accommodate up to 20 people plus trainers. You can be assured of excellent public Wi-Fi, access to a central projector screen and your own kitchen space.

The Horsfall is 42nd Street’s creative venue. A stunning contemporary reimagining of Thomas Horsfall’s 19th Century Ancoats Art Museum. The Horsfall is a unique space, blending modern design with attention to the building’s original features. With three floors, each available to hire independently we are sure you will find your favourite. A perfect venue if you’d like to meet somewhere a little bit different.
The Horsfall Top Floor – 10 people seated plus 2 facilitators (Dedicated kitchen space with fridge, drinks facilities, crockery and glasses).
The Horsfall First Floor – 10 people seated plus 2 facilitators. (No kitchen area but facilities are available).
The Horsfall Ground Floor – 10 people seated or 20 people standing plus 2 facilitators. Double aspect windows onto Great Ancoats Street/Jersey Street and where included in the hire, direct access onto the courtyard which boasts a pergola and hand cut hard wood benches. (No kitchen area but facilities are available).
Includes excellent public Wi-Fi and projection equipment. All three floors of The Horsfall are equipped with a STAS Artwork hanging system. Please note that only the ground floor and courtyard are fully accessible.

The Horsfall Ground Floor & Courtyard: when booked together per full day – £200
Refreshments: prices include tea, coffee and water. We are unable to provide in-house catering but we can suggest companies we regularly use or you are welcome to order from outside caterers and have food delivered to the venue.
Cancellation Fees: cancellation must be made in writing at least 1 week prior to the event booked; cancellation within 1 week of booked date will incur an administration fee equal to 50% of the cost of the space hire.

Unfortunately there is no client parking available. However, there are a number of car parks within 1 minute’s walk of the venue. There is free on street parking after 6pm. Accessible on street parking bays for Blue Badge holders are approximately 500m away on Redhill Street. We are within easy reach of both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria train stations, and city centre tram and bus networks.
