Monthly workshops with professional poets to explore different aspects of poetry and create your own work. Suitable for everyone if you’ve never written before or write every day. Join these friendly workshops to get writing and express yourself through words.

Join Shannon and Fliss for a friendly in person writing session exploring poetry for connecting to ourselves, nature, other people and more. Opportunity to share your work with others in a safe supportive space (if you want to!). Come along for gentle writing exercises, collaborative poetry and a chance to connect.

A peer support group with social, therapeutic and creative elements for young women aged 16-25. 


Queer culture meets wellbeing peer support in a weekly group for LGBTQ+ people aged 13-18. 

A peer support group for Care Leavers aged 16-25 with a focus on completing research into how mental health services could be improved.

A space for young people aged 13-25 to get together and explore different ways of expressing themselves, through movement. 

18-24 This group is designed to help young people who have long standing difficulties with their feelings and relationships.

A way to connect with each other during the Covid-19 restrictions

Get involved in social action projects and changes important to you!

The Peer Ambassadors are a group for young people aged 13 to 25 to advocate for youth voice and make positive change.
