A space for young people aged 13-25 to get together and explore different ways of expressing themselves, through movement. The aim of the group is to support each other and improve mental health and wellbeing through movement and dance.

A peer support group with social, therapeutic and creative elements for young women aged 16-25. 

Q42

Queer culture meets wellbeing peer support in a weekly group for LGBTQ+ people aged 13-18. 

The Q42 Book Club reads LGBTQ+ stories by LGBTQ+ authors about LGBTQ+ characters for LGBTQ+ readers at a relaxed pace and in an affirming space. 

A peer support group for Care Leavers aged 16-25 with a focus on completing research into how mental health services could be improved.

18-24 This group is designed to help young people who have long standing difficulties with their feelings and relationships.

A way to connect with each other during the Covid-19 restrictions

It works by using the principles of a democratic therapeutic community. 

The Peer Ambassadors are a group for young people aged 13 to 25 to advocate for youth voice and make positive change.
