A peer support group accessible whilst waiting for support

A free music production sessions for young people to explore their creativity, develop production skills and create their own music, with no previous experience only curiosity needed.

Free, creative expression music sessions where young people can explore music in their own way, experiment with different forms of music-making and create alongside others, building confidence, skills and a sense of belonging.

A peer support group for Care Leavers aged 16-25 with a focus on completing research into how mental health services could be improved.

A creative movement space for young people aged 13-25 to get together and explore different ways of expressing themselves, through movement in a safe and supportive space.

18-24 This group is designed to help young people who have long standing difficulties with their feelings and relationships.
