Come and join our Nature Connection Group- Winter Warmer edition
Relax and reconnect with our Winter Warmer Nature Connection sessions at the National Trust Castlefield Viaduct
These sessions are open to anyone aged 13-25 in Greater Manchester.
When?
Monday 20th Nov 4-7pm, Nature Connection and Herbal Tea blending
Thursday 30th Nov 4-7pm, Nature Connection and Natural Wreath making
What should I bring?
- Wear layers (e.g. T-shirt, warm jumper, raincoat)
- Shoes that you don't mind getting muddy (old trainers, wellies, boots)
- A reusable cup/mug if you have one
- Any medication you might need (e.g. Hayfever tablets or allergy meds)

A therapeutic group to build on confidence and self-esteem
This group is weekly peer support group for ALL young Black or Black heritage Women (inclusive of trans black women and non-binary young people) aged 13-17 to explore and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
The Music group is a chance to benefit from the therapeutic qualities of music

A space for young people aged 13-25 to get together and explore different ways of expressing themselves, through movement.
